By accessing or using PromptHive at prompthive.io (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What PromptHive is

PromptHive is a directory of MCP connectors, workflows, and related content for design engineers using AI coding tools. We provide informational content, installation guides, and prompts. We do not operate the third-party MCP services listed on the Site.

Your use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin areas or underlying systems
• Scrape or bulk-harvest content without prior written permission
• Misrepresent your affiliation with PromptHive or any listed MCP provider

Third-party services

MCP connectors, tools, and websites linked from PromptHive are operated by third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. PromptHive is not responsible for third-party products, availability, pricing, or data practices.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to receive emails about workflows and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.

Content accuracy

We aim to keep MCP listings, install steps, and workflows accurate, but content may become outdated as third-party tools change. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptHive and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any linked third-party service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
