PromptHive (“we”, “us”) operates prompthive.io. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Newsletter subscribers. When you subscribe, we collect your email address to send weekly workflow updates. Subscriptions are processed through beehiiv, our email service provider.

Admin users. If you sign in to the admin area, authentication is handled by Clerk. We receive your email address to verify admin access. We do not offer public sign-up.

Usage data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics tools may collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use information

• Send the newsletter you subscribed to
• Operate and secure the Site, including admin access
• Improve content and fix technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-party services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• beehiiv — newsletter delivery and subscriber management
• Clerk — authentication for admin users
• Convex — database and backend
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email from us
• Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us below

Data retention

We retain newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Admin authentication records are managed by Clerk according to their retention policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
